2026 HLC Graduation Events and Timeline

SENIORS! If you have not already spoken with Kasi about your plans for after high school, please do so as soon as possible. Get information about financial aid, scholarships and applying to colleges.
There will be a parent meeting about caps, gowns, graduation day, etc. on April 23rd at 5:30 pm, snacks will be provided. Guardians and students need to be there.
If you have signed up to walk in the ceremony at AHS (this had to be done earlier this year), be sure to contact AHS if you have any questions about caps and gowns.
It is important to check Skyward frequently. You can see current classes, completed classes, credits, graduation requirements, etc. Having trouble with Skyward? Check with me, the secretaries, or our new staff members (Amy M) in the computer lab. Do you have questions about your student’s progress toward graduation? Give me a call or stop by.

AHS Annual All Night Safe and Sober Party
Reminder, if your graduating senior is interested in participating in the AHS Annual All Night Safe and Sober Party on Friday, June 5th at AHS 10PM to 3AM. Join us for a fun night of food, entertainment, prizes, and time with friends as we celebrate your achievement together!

Cap and Gown
All students, Harbor High, GHA, and Open Doors wear the same caps and gowns to graduation. You can order a cap and gown OR borrow/return one from HLC.

Our HLC Graduation Ceremony at Stewart Field on June 4th at 6:00 PM. By moving our ceremony to the field, we no longer have to limit the number of family/friends/guests that each student can invite. When we had the ceremony at HLC in the gym, each graduate could only invite a limited number of people due to fire code restrictions. Lots of information about ordering caps and gowns, etc will be covered at the HLC Graduation Meeting on April 23rd. Remember, our ceremony includes GED graduates, Open Doors Diploma graduates, GHA graduates, and Harbor High graduates.
