Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB)
What is bullying?
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. It can take many forms from name-calling to physical altercations, to threats, and many others.
We take bullying, intimidation, and harassment very seriously at the Harbor Learning Center. One of the most difficult things for victims of HIB to do is tell someone how they feel.
