What is COPE?

The Community Opportunitites for Parenting Education (COPE) is a program desgined for pregnant and parenting teens. Adolescent parents often experience difficulty in completing their education. COPE makes teen parents a priority by focusing on their educational pathways & plans for after school. Our young parents are provided with an environment of respect and an opportunity to grow.

COPE offers numerous services to meet the needs of teen parents, their children, and their families. Services include:

• Parenting Education
  • Parenting skill development classes available for high school credit

  • Provides assistance in accessing community services and resources

  • Place to connect with other teen parents
